When custom-made tools are manufactured, we perform appropriate laboratory measurements, based on which we issue a certificate of conformity for each individual piece. Upon agreement, we can also perform 100% verification of each tool.

We produce cutting tools from various hardness grades of carbide, PCD, CBN and MCD.
We offer our customers a wide range of sizes of purpose-built rotary tools; from 2 to 285 mm diameter. We also verify the possibility of finished products from our partners such as Kennametal and others.
The sharpness of the rotating edge is less than 1 μm and the roughness of the machined surface is less than 0.3 (Ra <0.3). Thanks to the precise sharpness, our tools are designed for industries where cutting perfection is very important.
