How my experience in production, sales and company management makes me an ideal business partner for Pro Tool Solutions s.r.o. customers.

In today’s dynamic world of business, it is crucial to have people in leadership positions who not only understand business strategies, but also have a broader overview of production processes and team management for better understanding. Such people are able to connect various aspects of the project and successfully lead it to customer satisfaction. In this article, I will share my experience, which makes me an ideal business partner for larger projects, whether in warehouse, production, or “only” purchasing fasteners, screws and nuts. So, regardless of the size of the customer and the need to purchase anything, we always approach with the aim of achieving the ideal solution for the customer’s set goals and plans.

During my career, I had the opportunity to work in various areas. I went through sales, production and management of the entire company. These experiences allowed me to understand how these areas are interconnected and how important it is for them to work together harmoniously. Production and sales are like two sides of the same coin – without efficient production, you cannot satisfy customer needs, and without a strong sales team, you cannot ensure that your products find their customers. I was most commercially oriented and gained experience in the field of handling equipment. So we are talking about equipment such as: racks, whether pallet racks, shelf racks, or cantilever racks, etc. Another product was: pallet trucks, such as hand-guided trucks and other handling equipment, including logistics mobile robots, which are part of automation in logistics for hauling loads inside. In production, I worked where the main activity was laser cutting machines for cutting material, from which we were subsequently able to produce a weldment using welding technology and welding wire. Unfortunately, I did not get to fulfill my dream and we could also purchase laser welders for these purposes. But our options still did not end there and we were able to blast the fiber laser cutting machine product itself or the entire weldment with abrasive in a sandblasting box. We also had certain drilling, threading options and we used external capacities for milling or turning. So much in a nutshell what I have been doing for more than the last decade and my greatest experiences, from which I would like to draw at this moment, in order to be able to offer my knowledge and experience to our customers. Because I have been doing this for years, I have been in contact with customers who were dealing with the same topic, which is equipment or the range needed for a given production, or storage and shipping. That is why we decided to create our unique portfolio of products, which we expanded with another range that we were dealing with and needed, perhaps from the consumer side. So we are talking about accessories and parts for blasting, such as nozzles for sandblasters, blasting guns, as well as cutting tools for milling, turning, drilling and threading. With that came clamping technology, vices and whims such as angle and axial heads, because sometimes we didn’t think of some things right away. And some of you are dealing with similar operational matters such as production and workshop cranes, workshop furniture, workshop equipment, ultrasonic parts cleaners, handling and storage containers, packaging materials, packaging equipment, coating thickness gauges, industrial oils and lubricants, workshop tools, power tools, protective work equipment, cleaning equipment and chemicals. At least that was the most common topic for us and you will pick up a lot of things over the years. In addition to the above, I found it interesting to come here with products such as smart cabinets, safety solutions for protecting people in operations and to give it all some interesting advantages. We ourselves have struggled with how to properly purchase, supply, etc., which is why we are also bringing up the topic of optimizing supply processes. I believe this will be a very interesting topic for many companies.

One of the main factors that makes me a suitable business partner for optimizing supply chain processes is my deep understanding of time management. This key aspect of both business and production is essential for achieving quality results. I am convinced that proper time management not only increases efficiency, but also improves team morale and production quality. Another important factor is my financial management skills. As the owner and CEO of a company, I understand how important profit is for the operation and further development of the company.

My experience in managing a company is an example of how to effectively manage a company and achieve set goals. However, it is important not to fall asleep and to remember:

  • Setting clear plans and goals: This includes planning production capacity and organizing production to meet customer needs.
  • Controlling and evaluating production: Ensuring that production meets established quality standards, margins, and deadlines.
  • Implementing processes to maintain quality and improve: Continually looking for ways to improve processes and increase efficiency.
